- Work within tight deadlines with rapid turnaround times
- Top-level management of a high volume daily publishing system
- Efficiently manage time and digital publishing tasks
- Supervise the efforts of the contract writing team (both AI and human)

**SEO Best Practices (deep experience)**:

- Working knowledge of current SEO best practices and EEAT
- Proficiency in SEO software tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Surferseo, etc.
- In-depth understanding of SEO Content research and development best practices, including:

- Competitor analysis
- Keyword analysis
- User type identification
- Developing topical content silos
- Content guideline development
- Managing SEO content development

**Technical SEO and Link Building (deep experience)**:

- Expertise in technical SEO aspects, including site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and site speed optimization
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective link building strategies
- Ability to conduct thorough backlink analysis and identify link building opportunities
- Familiarity with tools for technical SEO analysis and link auditing

**AI Integration Into Publishing (some experience)**:

- Experience with scaling content development via AI
- AI content development and AI Prompt Engineering

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and develop guidelines for new SEO-optimized content, including technical SEO considerations
- Publish and manage content on the website (Wordpress/custom)
- Ensure all content meets our quality and technical SEO standards
- Hire and manage a team of content creators for new and updated SEO content
- Oversee content production according to our content calendar
- Implement and follow Spike Up SEO best practices, including technical SEO and link building
- Track content performance and deliver ROI reports
- Prioritize high-ROI content strategies
- Automate SEO-optimized content generation using AI tools
- Stay updated on AI, SEO, and technical SEO developments
- Regularly evaluate AI content generation tools, SEO, and technical SEO best practices
- Develop documentation on AI content generation, SEO, and ethical AI standards
- Record and update daily tasks and progress using the designated Project Management tool to ensure transparency, track project milestones, and facilitate team collaboration.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in SEO management, including content and technical SEO
- Previous experience in the online gambling space is a plus
- Strong organizational
- Analytical mindset
- Fluent or Native in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience with AI tools for SEO content generation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Agency experience is a pro
- Dedication and a strong work ethic
- Results driven

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
