- **Innovation**: Oversee innovation pipeline and manage new products aligned with market trends.
- **Project Leadership**: Lead and execute brand strategies, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- **Market Insights**: Conduct Gemba to understand consumer needs and market trends, turning insights into actionable plans.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with Cluster Asia and BUs to align on key initiatives and strategic priorities.
- **Creative Strategy**: Develop and execute Ribena’s creative strategy with agencies.
- **Budget Control**: Manage the budget for Ribena’s development costs, A&M, and consumer research.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and define brand positioning.
What You need to be successful- Minimum of 4+ years at Brand Manager level or equivalent, preferably with experience across different geographies.
- Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and marketing skills.
- Good knowledge and experience in brand marketing and project management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Good communication and networking abilities.
- Demonstrated innovative and creative skills.
- Willingness to Travel
