The Sales manager / Business developement will play a vital role in driving the language centre’s success by meeting sales goals, delivering outstanding customer service, and fostering a positive team environment. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth operations, managing resources, and ensuring high-quality service delivery that aligns with our centre’s standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Achieve Sales Goals**: Lead your team to reach the centre's sales targets through effective planning, motivation, and strategic goal-setting.
- **Ensure Service Excellence**: Oversee daily operations to ensure all procedures align with existing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and update them as required.
- **Build Strong Customer Relationships**: Develop and nurture relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring they receive high-quality service.
- **Maintain Operational Efficiency**: Manage the centre’s resources, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment that meets safety protocols and regulations.
- **Lead and Develop the Team**: Cultivate a supportive, motivated work environment, providing coaching and guidance to team members. Conduct performance evaluations, offer feedback, and recognize achievements to build a cohesive and productive team.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Education**: Diploma or degree in any discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years in the education / enrichment industry, with management experience preferred.
- **Skills**: Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and team leadership.
- **Leadership**: Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team toward achieving shared goals.
- **Passion for Education**: Committed to delivering high-quality educational services and supporting the growth of both the centre and its team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
