**Primary Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.
- **Member Support**: Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.
- **Membership Communications**: Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.
- **Sales and Marketing**: Generating leads, following up on inquiries, and delivering product information. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Report Generation**: Generate regular reports on membership trends, statistics, and performance metrics.
- **System Maintenance**: Update and maintain the membership management system to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and security protocols related to member data.

**Requirements**:

- Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)
- A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Prior Sales and marketing experience is a plus.
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
