**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Sourcing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our sourcing efforts by assisting with documentation and record-keeping, organizing meetings, coordinating projects, and sourcing suppliers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring smooth collaboration both internally and externally. **Responsibilities**:

- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sourcing activities. This includes organizing supplier information, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.
- Meeting Organization: Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring timely distribution of information and facilitating smooth communication and collaboration both internally and externally.
- Project Support: Assist with project documentation, resource allocation, and coordination between different teams. Keep track of project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Supplier Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing suppliers based on the organization's product requirements. Conduct research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their suitability.
- Request for Quotations (RFQs): Prepare and distribute RFQs to suppliers, clearly outlining the required product specifications, quantities, and quality standards. Collect and compare quotations, considering pricing, terms, and conditions.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) to handle documentation and data analysis tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates/suppliers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
