Indoor Sales Support:
We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality and the primary focus of the role is on pricing new business opportunities.

**Job Highlights**

- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Build a strong client relationship and grow accounts to their maximum potential
- Ensure that customer information is maintained accurately on the database.
- Responsible in handling and follow up procedure with customer
- Prepare monthly sales reports
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excels
- Good written and communication in English
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Self-motivated and Independent.
- Willing to learn.
- Team player
- Pro-active & Can-Do attitude
