Commercial Program Manager, Asia Pacific

Position Overview
**As the driver of successful commercial programs, you will**:
Work with channel sales managers and partners to develop and implement joint marketing programs based on market trends and competitors.
Identify and manage key program performance indicators and provide regular reporting of activities and results to the commercial leadership team.
Coordinate with product management, channel sales team, sales operations, and global marketing team on new product market introduction, training, and promotions passionate about partner sales channel enablement.
Develop partner presentations and selling aids.
Identify, develop, and implement measurable initiatives and metrics to drive continuous process improvement for commercial teams.
Set up cross-functional commercial launch process for new product launches (NPD) where applicable, which includes robust sales training and enablement tools by the customer buying journey.
Serve as primary liaison from Product Management and Marketing teams to Commercial teams during new product launches.
Partner with the revenue operations team on strategic, and operational projects crafted to increase demand, opportunity, efficiency, valued service delivery, and customer success. Specific project need includes the implementation of the document management system.
Proactively identify and recommend solutions for process bottlenecks and inconsistencies.
Build and maintain comprehensive program standard work and documentation.
Be resourceful at understanding and managing the schedule, scope, and cost trade-offs of programs, advancing decisions to program sponsors as needed.
Direct and coordinate resources throughout respective company functions and conducts regular program reviews to make sure that program development and key performance indicators stay on track.
Lead and facilitate program prioritization and trade-off discussions/decisions with key collaborators.
Have a result oriented - “will not miss” approach with a natural sense of efficiency to flawlessly complete programs.
Have organizational agility, able to collaborate with and influence all levels of the organization and across functional boundaries.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
At least 5 years of Customer facing professional experience.
Experience in sales operations and/or business systems preferably in a software/technology.
Experience in roles where cross-functional coordination was critical to success.
Demonstrated ability to define, refine and implement processes, procedures, and policies.
Ability to translate analytics into quantifiable results.
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/inspire change cross-functionally.
Strong technical, research, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage and supervise project performance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
