**Responsibilities:
- Assist a team of Relationship Manager (RMs) in Singapore and Hong Kong on all aspects of client service, operational, administrative and marketing support.
- Assist the RMs in managing and monitoring client’s portfolios including updating of portfolio positions and investment proposals to mainly Japanese speaking clients / prospects.
- Receive and execute client orders including but not limited to securities, bonds, derivative, loans and FX transactions.
- Prepare and handle account opening documents in compliance with AML requirement
- Coordinate Japanese onboarding documentation
- Liaise with Japan head office/ inter offices for any administrative issues.
- Coordinating with internal and external parties to process client’s portfolio transfer instructions involving different asset classes.
- Ensure trading and settlement setup for client account prior to trade.
- Collaborate with internal and external vendors on projects including system rollouts and enhancement.

**Requirements:
- Min Diploma in related discipline
- Min 3 years of relevant work experience in client servicing roles within Private Banking business.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Japanese as there will be interaction with Japanese speaking clients and stakeholders, proficient in spoken and written Mandarin will be a plus to work with the HK RMs.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Familiar with AML and compliance requirements within the Private Banking space.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills.
- Client oriented, fast delivery and effective response to client’s request.
- Committed to Teamwork
- Effective communication and analytical skills; with demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization. Successful completion of CACS Papers 1 and 2, with professional certification in Financial Markets Regulatory Practices (FMRP) and relevant CMFAS modules a plus.
