Singapore SPARROW TECH PRIVATE LIMITED Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and maintain Sales reports for the department and the Relationship Managers.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and assist with client onboarding
  • Handle account maintenance, periodic reviews
  • Support Relationship Managers on trade transactions and facilitate coordination within the sales team.
  • Assist the Relationship Managers in liaising with the trade team for trades execution if required.
  • Liaise with Marketing department to coordinate clients' events.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of documentation support experience in Financial Institution.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft excel.
  • Attention to detail and good follow up skills.
  • Beside English, ability to communicate in Chinese language for the managing of Chinese speaking clients.
  • Strong sense of initiative, ability to multitask and is well organised.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build basic Macros in Excel.
  • Basic understanding on financial products.
