**Role Description**
We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Lead (APAC) to join our technical team at Skyports. In this role, you will work with our IT Operations Manager in the roll-out of our Microsoft Modern Workplace best practices and IT Security roadmap as well as providing IT Support for our user base around the world.
This role will be assisting the IT Operations Manager in defining and implementing IT security policies in line with regional security governance templates. You will be working across a breadth of technologies to help Skyports achieve its goals. You will be supporting our user base from 1st to 3rd line as well as our drones and vertiport technical operations.
Ideally this role will be filled by an energetic individual with a passion for technology. You will gain experience across the Microsoft 365 and Azure AD stack, providing first class support using established ITIL Helpdesk practices.

The role will be based out of our Singapore office with options for flexible working.
**Requirements**:
- Plan and deliver infrastructure projects with the IT Operations Manager to help improve and maintain performance, resilience, efficiency and security.
- Together with the IT Operations manager, ensure End user IT Security Policies and Technology are in-line with regional compliance standards including but not limited to ISO 27001.
- Assisting the IT Operations Manager with the running of desktop and infrastructure services
- Identify areas for improvement (including reoccurring faults) and report these issues to IT Operations Manager
- Management of regional suppliers and device rollout to local teams.
- Work closely with senior members of the technical team and wider business to ensure projects are delivered successfully
- Along with the IT Operations Manager, ensure the IT helpdesk and all requests for IT support are actioned in accordance with helpdesk procedures and priorities.
- Provide training to local staff on IT operations and policies.
- Dealing with of user account management, devices and shared resources for all staff.
- Provide a flexible, adaptable and diplomatic service for all staff (in person and remotely) to assist with IT Issues, ensuring IT is working for them.

**Nice to Haves**:

- Experience of working with Fortinet technologies
- Terraform or other infrastructure as code
- PowerShell or other scripting
- Familiar with ITIL helpdesk practices
- MCD or equivalent skill in desktop management
