**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of spot-bid / tenders for global and strategic customers.
- Analyse specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses.
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers.
- Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review, and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process.
- Maintain record of spot-bid / tenders in internal reports and management system.
- Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis to achieve corporate goal.
- Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields.
- 2-3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc.
- Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers.
- Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
