**The Company**

Our client is an innovative and dynamic logistics solutions provider with more than 4000 employees across more than 90 countries and being supported by hundreds of agents globally. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting to the Director Regional Account Management, the Regional Tender Management Manager will be managing tenders and coordinate with the sales/operations team for new customer’s implementation and will be based in Singapore.

**The Role**
- Direct and coordinate RFQ with Intra Asia for APAC and all official APAC Trade lanes,
- Monitor and ensure APAC Sales teams with all relevant RFQ information in CRM as per global guideline.
- Assist and support sales team in corporate office.
- Coordinate Global Accounts including regional key account performance.
- Administer and update Executive Summaries for Global (Regional perspective) and Regional (APAC focus) Accounts.
- Evaluate sales/tender successes and failures to enhance efforts and identify issues.
- Cooperate with sales team in corporate office including other counterparts within the global network to enhance processes and winning ratio.
- Create and prepare monthly KPI’s and report overall development status including monthly action plans.
- Direct performance evaluation for direct reports and identify personnel issues to resolve.
- Continuous coaching and mentoring of staff for skill development.
- Other tasks assigned.
**The Requirements**
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics or Engineering.
- 5 years operation experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
- 3 years’ experience working in Tender management.
- Cross functional interfaces in Air and Ocean Freight.
- Possess International mindset.
- Strong market intelligence (customer, competitors, suppliers, and overall environment)
- Strong analytical and excellent communication skills (verbal, written and presentation)
- Strong network and relationship management.
- Detail oriented and deadline sensitive.

Pay: $8,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Freight Forwarding or Logistics: 5 years (preferred)
- Tender Management: 1 year (preferred)
