**General Description**:
This position is responsible for effective handling of Spot-Bid / Tenders from customers and aligning opportunities with the company’s strategic objectives

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with global and / or regional account management team to lead or support the preparation and submission of spot-bid / tenders for global and strategic customers
- Analyse specifications and liaise with countries mainly in the APAC region for accurate and timely responses
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including local offices teams to ensure high quality and competitive offers
- Develop a project plan and for adequate pricing analysis, internal review, and evaluation in-line with the global tender management process
- Maintain record of spot-bid / tenders in internal reports and management system
- Leading/involve in meeting with cross region stakeholder to give advice or provide analysis to achieve corporate goal (if needed)
- Other assignments and participation in related projects, as required

Skills Required: -Advanced MS-Excel is mandatory -Ability to utilize software efficiently eg. Ariba/Jagger/etc. -Fast-thinker, Problem solver and strong aptitude for numbers -Good interpersonal skills and understanding of cultural diversity -Must be fluent in spoken and written English for handling English speaking customers -Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Qualifications & Experience: -Diploma in SCM/Logistics/Business Administration or other related fields preferred -2-3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding industry Location : Changi Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 6pm
