**The Company**

Our client is one of the dynamic and growing global logistics companies with its presence around the globe.

Reporting to the Regional Tender Management Manager, Asia Pacific the Tender Analyst will be responsible of the tenders within Asia Pacific Region and will be based in Singapore.

**The Role**
- Manage the tender process (request for quotation/proposal) of targeted customers for the Asia-Pacific region.
- Emphasis on RFQs with Intra Asia or Asia Target customers including analyzing, coordinating, and pricing to structure a customized solution package.
- Assist and support other regional tender teams following internal tender process.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholder for internal support and pricing strategy.
- Maintain and monitor internal tender process database, reports, and other key information.
- Consultant to Asia Pacific countries pricing or tender unit.

**The Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Freight Forwarding or Business preferred.
- At least 1-3 years’ experience in General Freight and/or forwarding.
- Strong industry knowledge including various carriers and trade routes.
- Possess excellent skills in project and time management as well as written communication.
- Proficient in English.
- Superior software skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; as well as a strong aptitude with numbers and the ability to ensure accurate data translation and analysis are essential.
- Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently within a team and perform under pressure.
- Positive enthusiasm and pragmatic approach.
- Detail oriented with strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.
- A go-getter and one that embraces integrity, teamwork and perseverance in your work attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities and initiatives

Pay: $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- General or Freight Forwarding: 3 years (preferred)
