We are expanding our product portfolio as well as our presence across Asia and Europe.

The Tender Manager / BDM is responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing the end-to-end tendering process, and driving revenue growth. This dual role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational and communication skills to secure new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

**What you will be doing**

**Tender Management**
- Manage the entire tender process, from preparation and submission to post-submission activities, including Capital Expenditure (CapEx) projects.
- Analyze tender requirements, ensuring compliance with client specifications and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal) to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
- Maintain a repository of templates, standard content, and case studies to streamline the tendering process.
- Track and report on tender outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

**Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Organically growing existing relationships/clients across the region/globe.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions.

**What you will need for this position**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in tender management and business development, preferably within the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and their value to businesses.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and tender management tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A “can do fearless attitude.”
- Previous experience in selling software.Possess high EQ with strong interpersonal skills.
