Regional Tender Controlling Manager - APAC Join Hitachi Energy as our next Regional Tender Controlling Manager, supporting dynamic finance activities in our Grid Integration business unit. Hitachi Energy's Grid Integration business unit has delivered more than 4,000 projects over the last 15 years, spanning transmission, substation, HVDC, and renewable solutions. The role partners closely with Project and Tender Managers to drive financial performance across medium‐sized and large APAC tender projects. How You'll Make An Impact Review and co‐manage financial, commercial and tax aspects of tenders, ensuring accurate calculations, cash‐flow and exposure curves. Prepare Project Financial Execution Plans covering all commercial, tax and accounting requirements, establish invoicing and currency risk processes, and optimise cash flows, revenues and GM contribution. Maintain project governance, identify risks and opportunities, and align estimates, forecasted revenues and cash‐flows with other functions. Provide commercial input to execution plans, manage claim, back‐charge and insurance cases, and coordinate with Contract and Project Managers. Follow up on internal audit reports, enforce governance, integrity, assurance and internal controls. Arrange permanent establishment and branch office set‐up for projects, and support tax reporting. Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the industry. Experience in sales, marketing, or business development for HV/MV solutions. Willingness to travel for business. Business‐level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
