**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to develop training courses and sales skills for our sales team.
As a Sales Trainer, you are responsible to collaborate with the sales staff and identify issues the employees are facing. You will also be responsible for increasing conversion rate in sales and also improve customer experience and retention through these training programs. Your role includes creating the learning material, monitoring performance after each session and making recommendations for improvements.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Design, develop and deliver training programs to meet the training needs of Sterra sales force using different methodologies.
- Develop and deliver ad-hoc training programs and to support business objectives
- Manage and execute all levels of distribution training which includes new hires induction, sales/soft skills, product and sales advisory process training for new & existing sales personnel.
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs.
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
- Maintain and update records of training material.
- Ensure training programs comply with company/industry requirements through regular reviews and revisions of training material
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a retail sales and B2C environment.
- Any other projects or tasks as assigned
**Skills & qualifications required**:
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Has demonstrated the ability to train, coach, and evaluate performance of others.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience and sales training experience in the retail industry. Experience in setting up training program
- Proven high record in sales conversion
- Strong working knowledge of the sales process and its best practices.
- Experience in consumer electronics products will be preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to design effective sales training programs.
- Ability to measure an employee's performance.
- Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
- Outstanding coaching and sales skills.
- Thrive in a team environment and build relationships to accomplish team tasks.
Working Schedule: 9 hrs working day & 5 days work week
Location: Open to travel to different locations
