We are currently looking for a talented individual for the following position:
**Trainer (Sales, Product, Non-Technical)
This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry based in Singapore. We are looking for a Trainer to work with a team in various areas within a retail client environment.
The Trainer (Sales, Product, Non-Technical) will be expected to succeed at the following tasks:
- Facilitate skills-building and/or product knowledge training programs for Dealer Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Service Advisors, and other Dealer team members as deemed necessary
- Develop or localize training materials, job aids, etc.
- Assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for Dealer Sales and Service Personnel as needed
- Test and evaluate the results of the training programs and make recommendations for improvement as needed
- Consult with Dealer, Company, and Academy Management on training progress, issues, and concerns as needed
- Recommend additional training and/or re-training as needed
- Prepare necessary reports
- Support the data management in the Learning Management System
- Attend Training-the-Trainers sessions as required
- Maintain or improve on current product knowledge and competitor comparisons
- At least 8 years in the auto industry preferably in the retail setting
- Minimum 4 years work experience as a Sales, Product, Service Trainer, preferably in manufacturer or dealership.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both English
- Love for learning; Fast learner.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Available to join in one month’s notice preferred
- Report to country manager
