**Duties and Responsibilities** - Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of the GTN API platform in the Asia Pacific region. - Prospect, identify, and engage with potential fintech prospects through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, LinkedIn, industry events, conferences, networking, and referrals. - Cultivate and leverage your extensive network of key individuals and decision-makers within the fintech industry to establish productive business relationships. - Act as a hunter salesperson, actively seeking new business opportunities and engaging in strategic outreach to meet and exceed sales targets. - Understand the unique needs and requirements of potential clients, and tailor the value proposition of the GTN API platform to address their specific needs. - Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of the platform's features and capabilities. - Keep abreast of APAC industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market. - Represent the company at APAC based industry events, conferences, and seminars to promote our products and services effectively. - To build a strategy for closed markets in APAC such as Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam to sell the GTN infrastructure **Job Requirements** - Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the fintech industry demonstrating an impressive portfolio of successful deals and partnerships. - Strong connections and network within the fintech space, both in the regulated and unregulated sectors, to facilitate rapid market penetration. - A "hunter" mindset with a relentless drive for business development and the ability to proactively identify and pursue potential clients. - In-depth knowledge of finance products, especially equities, ETFs, fix income, and mutual funds, as well as a comprehensive understanding of coordinating API integration. - Possess or willingness to clear the MAS exams 1B, M6, and M6A within a pre-set timeframe to comply with regulatory requirements. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the benefits of GTN API platform to diverse audiences. - Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to establish trust and credibility with key stakeholders. - A self-motivated and results-oriented individual who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. 9. Willingness to travel extensively within the Asia Pacific region.
