To consistently meet the customer centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
- To ensure accuracy and complaint for all customers’ requests
- To successfully cross-buy the bank products and services
- To adhere to professionals standards of behaviour and conduct in dealing with customers and fellow CSOs.
- Flexibility in work deployment when business need arise
- Support and protect Client brand by creating positive discussions in the social medica community and to ensure message consistency across the different online platforms
- Good to be Tech Savy
- Able to work in staggered / Rotational shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
