To realize our growth ambitions, we are recruiting for the position of **HR Business Partner APAC** based in our Singapore office. In this role you will work directly with teams spread out over the world and mainly within the APAC region (Shanghai, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea) and Rotterdam. The position reports directly to APAC HR Manager based in the Singapore office.

As the HR Business Partner APAC, you will have a hands-on role and exposure to various functional domains in the HR function, and supports the entire APAC region with the following areas of strategic and tactical focus:
**Compensation & Benefits (60%)**
- Lead various C&B projects including but not limited to annual salary review and bonus exercise, market benchmarking, incentive scheme review, staff cost simulation and compensation and benefits programs integration and alignment
- Develop, review and update of C&B policies and procedures in compliance with local labour regulations
- Lead in preparation of data and participation in market benchmarking/surveys. Gains market intelligence and well-versed on new emerging C&B trends/practices
- Drive HR due diligence process for APAC regions in M&A activities
- Coordinate with internal and external counterparts to facilitate international assignments
- Manage the benefits program for APAC region (pension funds, employee wellness, medical insurance etc.)
- Participates and supports on annual APAC C&B budget preparation and submission
- Provides expert advice within HR and across the Global Logistics business unit on all matters relating to C&B

**Payroll Administration & Statutory Surveys (20%)**
- Manage the monthly payroll process for Singapore and Malaysia and ensure compliance to local labour regulations and also accuracy and timeliness of salary payment
- Prepare for submission of statutory surveys for Singapore and Malaysia

**HR Operations (20%)**
- Provide end to end HR Operations support and guidance for Singapore and Malaysia
- Lead the HR policies harmonization initiative in APAC region

We are looking for someone:

- With a degree in the field of Human Resources Management or relevant specializations
- Who has minimum 8 years working experience in a multinational environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams and vendors.
- Have experience in designing and formulation of C&B policies, programs in a multinational company
- Who is proficient / advanced in using MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Who is an experienced collaborator building trusted relationships with business stakeholders on all levels and is able to respectfully get things done together
- Who is creative in proposing solutions that are in line with our global strategy and direction
