**Senior Network Engineer**:
We are looking for a competent, ambitious **Senior Network Engineer** who will take responsibility for the overall operational health (Security, Availability, Performance, Interoperability and Reliability) of our data communications systems.

**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years experience as Network Engineer
- Good technical and troubleshooting skills in carrying out both Day-1 and Day-2 tasks for Checkpoint Firewall, F5 Load balancer, Cisco Router/Switches, Forward Proxy, TippingPoint IPS, Allot Packet Shaper, VMware NSX.
- Sound knowledge in practising ITIL methodologies.
- Proven track records in work performance.
- Managing Government agency customers which have very high expectation on the service availability and response time.
- The project deployed multiple network and security equipment which this role all needs to know how to support (Technical competency).
- Must work late in the night and sometimes needs to work overnight to support project activities such as maintenance, critical service launch.
- Need to be on 24 x 7 on phone call standby.
- Need to meet government customers in some situations

**Job Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide 24x7 Private Managed Cloud infrastructure support to ensure smooth operations that conformed to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities such as service requests, report generation, incident response, patch management.
- Perform Cloud infrastructure monitoring and escalation as per standard operations procedures
- Assist the customer in solving issues related to Private Managed Cloud platforms.
- To provide support to users on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Hypervisor and Middleware
