Summary

We are looking for an IT engineer to join the team in supporting Windows environment and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Deployment of Windows/Linux OS
  • Provide support for user's hardware/software/peripheral/Video Conferencing for both on premise and remote
  • Troubleshoot and support of LAN/WAN/WIFI
  • Manage IT Assets
  • Create and maintain IT documents
  • Assist in IT backend infrastructure when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in IT/ICT/Cybersecurity
  • Training provided
  • Knowledge in Windows
  • Knowledge of networking concepts
  • Knowledge in Linux is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently when required
  • CCNA/CCNP will be value added
