Job description
- Perform end-to-end talent acquisition function in a HR shared service environment. - Responsible for meeting recruitment service standards and key performance indicators. - Improve on recruitment operating procedures and documentation. - Collaborate and work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met timely and effectively. - Collate recruitment data for management reporting.
- Work with system vendor on troubleshooting and improvements.
- Plan and execute recruitment projects including those for employer branding, campus recruitment and system improvements.
- Manage recruitment vendors to achieve better performance and cost efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business or other relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience in end-to-end talent acquisition.
- Related experience in HR Shared Services and/or recruitment agencies will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of employment laws and the talent market.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skill and service-oriented.
- Good analytical skill, meticulous and result-driven.
- Self-motivated and possess a high level of initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft office
