**Your new company**

A growing market leader is currently looking for an HR Analyst to be part of their team to oversee and support the business on HR related matters, including Talent Acquisition and HR Analytics. Based close to an MRT, location is easily accessible.

**Your new role**

You will be part of the HR team as an HR Analyst looking after the end-to-end Talent Acquisition life cycle, HR data analytics and work closely with various stakeholders on HR related initiatives. You also analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns in regard to hiring trends and dashboard reporting. You would be responsible for driving and championing HR functions/initiatives within the organisation.

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

- Strong Talent Acquisition experience is required
- Strong in HR data analytics or experienced in analysing reports from the HRIS system
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Individual who has large organization experience and managing various stakeholders
