**Logistics Planning Coordinator**

**to join our Logistics and Operations team in Neste Asia Pacific base in Singapore.**

**You will focus on Transport Planning & Optimisation**

**In this job you will work closely with Internal business teams (Supply & sales), Land Logistics, Logistics Planning, Commercial Operations, Back Office, Claims Team, HSEQ, Vendor settlement team**

**Main external stakeholders include: Logistics service providers (LSP), storage terminals to Supports and deliver maximum commercial value in the local team**

**You will report to Manager of Logistics Planning and Terminal Coordination in APAC region based in Singapore.**

**Your role in our team / in creating a sustainable future, you will carry out transport order management tasks. Participate in transport planning & optimisation by providing operational guidance (interface with logistics planning specialists & sourcing managers). Your main responsibilities include**:

- **Arranging and confirmation transport bookings with LSP**
- **Coordinating, tracking and tracing deliveries**
- **Follow-up on all transportation issues if any**
- **Claims handling**
- **Exception management**
- **Delivery performance monitoring**
- **Self-leading way and responsibility of giving operational guidance (compliance etc.) to commercial operations, trader, sales/supply manager and supply chain management**
- **Participation in designated project and process work**
- **Substitution of colleagues**
- **Other possible responsibilities and tasks assigned by the management**

**Keys to success in this role**

**The best combination of experiences, skills and background is**
- **Relevant knowledge of liquid bulk/non-bulk logistics on similar products**
- **Knowledge of logistics operations workflow and efficient ways of carrying out operations**
- **Ability to understand Neste business models and processes in the bigger picture**
- **Good and proactive communication and collaboration skills**
- **Fluency in English and the local lingua franca, both written and oral**
- **Performance driven**
- **Accuracy and attention to details**
- **Flexi**bility in changing desks, covering and working according to tempo in international renewable markets**
- **Ability to cope with constant changes and hectic work environment**
- **Knowledge of Transport management system (TMS)**
- **Knowledge of Incoterms**
- **Experience in working with Logistics Service Providers**
