Basic Up to $3500 + AWS + VB - 5 days work - Location: West / East **Job Scope**: **Logistics Planner**: - Assist the Department Manager in daily operations related to Building Materials **scheduling and delivery.**: - Create daily **logistics plans **, procurement plan, and oversee monthly inventory assessments. - Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure seamless logistics operations. - Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to minimize costs and maximize service levels. - Analyze logistics data to identify trends and make informed decisions. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. **Logistics Executive / Warehouse Supervisor** - Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure quality control. - Manage team performance, safety, and provide guidance. - Plan manpower and resolve operational issues. - Monitor inventory levels with regular stock takes. - Address maintenance, improvement, and repair needs. - Conduct WSH risk assessments and lead safety discussions. - Ensure compliance with HSE policies and ISO standards. - Perform additional duties as assigned. **Logistics Coordinator / Logistics administrator** - Manage inventory, including tracking and stock takes. - Coordinate order processing, from picking to shipping. - Supervise warehouse staff and ensure quality control. - Schedule and manage shipments, and handle logistics. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address issues. - Maintain accurate records and handle documentation. - Address operational problems and coordinate maintenance. **Job Requirement**: - Preferably to have about 2 years of relevant work experience - Entry level is welcome to apply To Apply, kindly click on the "APPLY NOW" button Staffking Pte Ltd (20C0358) | Nguyen Thi Hue (Nily) (R24122886)
