**Key responsibilities**:

- Design, setup, and optimize SAP PI integration solutions in accordance with best practices and business requirements.
- Configure and/or customize SAP PO system including integration flows, adapters, and communication channels.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to translate business, technical, security requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide guidance, advice, and approach in the deployment of new integrations and the migrations of existing integration solutions to the new SAP PI system.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely & effective manner.
- Ensure that all integration matters are delivered on time, within scope and meeting the requirements.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integration processes to improve efficiency and reliability/stability.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, mapping, and processes.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with relevant parties effectively

For customer engagement specific, we have the following expectations.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: - proven experiences of more than 10 years in complex integration projects - strong understanding of integration patterns such as messaging (routing, transformation, construction, etc.) and integration technologies (SOAP, REST, API, etc.)
- Proven experiences in driving and facilitating design workshops with various key stakeholders.
- Knowledgeable in security aspects of integration solutions - knowledgeable in SAP modules (e.g., FI, Cost accounting, Customer Engagement, ISU) and their integration points.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and find out-of-the-box solutions - good analytical, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
- Good communication skills.
- SAP certification in PI is highly desirable.
