We are looking for a full-time Pastoral Coordinator to be the vital link between the Parish Pastoral Council and the Parish Team, guiding ministries on their pastoral programmes and assisting in communications for the community - including reaching out via the website, social media and the bulletin.

You are motivated, a team player, great with people and have genuine care for the needs of ministries. You look for every opportunity to bring the love of Christ to all you meet. You have a knack for creativity and communications in the spoken and written word as well as through visual media. Proficient with office productivity tools.

Pre-Requisites:

- Passionate in church activities
- Volunteer in church ministry for 3 years or more (current or prior)
- Previous experience working in church environment is a plus
- Able to develop and deliver parish-level pastoral programmes working with Parish Pastoral Council, ministry coordinators and the Parish Team
- Confident and dynamic but be able to work in various teams with diverse working styles

Skills required:

- Strong communication skills in written form and spoken word
- Ability to design content for visual media (posters, slides and videos)
- Skilled in office productivity tools - Google Workspace and MS Office
- Minimum education level of diploma and above in any discipline
