**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary service manager of the assigned worship services.
- Plan the weekly order of service in consultation with the W&M Pastor, including the selection of hymns, prayers, and crafting liturgy.
- Coordinate between the various teams involved in the conduct of the worship services, including the pastors, sound crew, livestream crew, ushers, and any other such teams.
- Support and advise the W&M Committee in the recruitment, training and developing of congregants to serve in the various teams involved in the worship services.
- With the W&M Pastor and Committee, develop the liturgical depth of the church through thoughtfully ordering the services and educating the congregation.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- An understanding of liturgy and proficiency in leading in the liturgy
- Diploma or Degree in Theological training preferred
- Experience in worship and music related ministry preferred
- An innovative team player, self-motivated, and pro-active, who can work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Familiarity in the use of technology in worship, and an ability to learn the use of resources such as Planning Centre.
