**Introduction**

Grace Baptist Mandarin-speaking congregation with a weekly Sunday worship attendance of approximately 150 worshippers, of which 50 are youths and young adults. Our congregation has a history of more than 40 years.

**Role & Responsibilities of Assistant Pastor
**A. Pre-requisites**

1. Graduate from a Theological Seminary or Bible College. Minimum qualification of Masters in Divinity.

2. Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in pastoring a church.

3. Preaching and teaching required. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese. Good spoken and written English is an added advantage.

**B. Responsibilities**

1. Assist existing congregation lead pastor in pastoral member care and administrative work.

2. Preaching and teaching of bible classes

3. Passionate about working with Youths and Young Adults Ministry.

4. Conduct training classes, and equipping members in biblical knowledge

5. Must be a team player; able to work with a team of staff and church volunteers.
