**Role**:
ministering senior members in church and nearby community, assisting senior pastor in cultivating gospel culture and action within Logos Christian Church (LCC) community.

**Responsibility**
- Minister to senior members
- Pastoral care, coordinate activities and discipleship equipping
- Preach and minister on Sunday Hokkien worship service
- Community outreach
- Identify outreach opportunities
- Coordinate and facilitate community outreach projects and activities, and partnership with cell groups/congregation and other relevant social service sectors.
- Evangelism Catalyst
- Primary focus is evangelism efforts outside LCC.
- Introducing and conducting programs to equip and engage members of LCC in reaching the lost.
- Developing contextual approaches that will reach out with the gospel to LCC’s targeted people/groups.
- Recruiting/ enlisting LCC’s members to engage in reaching targeted people/groups with the gospel.
- Actively facilitate the assimilation into LCC of those who respond to the gospel, or work to incorporate them into a new church plant.
- Missions Coordination
- Assist the LCC mission committee to develop and implement strategies for missions in alignment with LCC.
- Establish and maintain relationships with both local and global mission partners
- Collaborate with the LCC mission committee to responsibly steward mission funds
- Mobilize and equip church members for local or overseas mission outreach.
- Coordinate missions projects and short-term mission trips.
- Office operations
- Assist office IT and administration operations

**Requirements**:

- Bible/Theological College degree (MDiv or relevant Master theological Degree)
- Models Christ-like behavior & exhibits godly character
- Has a heart for senior citizens, community outreach, local & overseas mission
- Speak English, Mandarin and Hokkien fluently and able to preach in Hokkien. Speak other dialects will be advantage
- Sound IT and computer skill
- Good organizational skills and administration skill
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, team player.
