**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in new and existing industries.
- Generate leads, develop sales strategies, and convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and customer relationship management.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions that leverage the company’s engineering capabilities.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of CNC Milling, CNC Turning, ID/OD Grinding, and Surface Treatment processes.
- Work closely with customers to provide technical advice and propose feasible manufacturing solutions.
- Analyze market trends and industry demands to identify emerging opportunities.
- Gather and report competitor insights to refine sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and delivered.
- Oversee the progress of projects and provide updates to clients as needed.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Participate in industry exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in technical sales or business development in the precision engineering industry (2-5 years preferred).
- Good Technical Knowledge of CNC Milling, Turning, ID/OD Grinding, and Surface Treatment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in a team.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and technical drawing tools e.g. Solidworks, MasterCAM,... etc.
- Possess a valid driver’s license for customer site visits and travel as required.
