Technical Sales Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in targeted industries (semiconductor, automotive, etc.).
- Understand and interpret basic mechanical and electrical technical drawings to propose suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales proposals, and purchase orders.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure alignment on customer specifications and project requirements.
- Conduct regular customer visits and provide technical consultations.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
**Requirements**:
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant sales or technical support experience in semiconductor, automotive, or manufacturing industries.
Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical technical drawings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven mindset with a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Possess a valid driving license is an advantage. **Preferred Attributes**:
Knowledge of precision machining, sheet metal fabrication, or equipment assembly processes.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Multilingual abilities will be an added advantage (e.g., English and Mandarin) to liaise with regional clients.
