Compensation & Benefits Manager (Web 3)

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the overall management of the company’s compensation and benefits program
- Design and implement compensation and job grading frameworks.
- Perform market research and refine compensation models to stay ahead of industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree in HR, Business or Accountancy related field
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation management, prior experience in Web 3 companies, large enterprises, or the internet/tech industry is preferred.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese to manage Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $7,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
