Monitor and maintain fleet marine operations status, Sourcing for Vessels when required, searching for business opportunities for chartering of available vessels, verifying and drafting of chartering agreement, Ensure delivery of vessel.
- In-charge of crew selection, conduct interviews, brief crews on the company’s policy and procedures
- Handling Vessel Operations including physical Boarding documentations, clear vessels in/out of port with as little delay as possible, Prepare documentations such as port and immigration clearance, Declaration etc to relevant government statutory departments. Monitor vessel whereabouts and constantly communicate with the boat masters on their location.
- Ensure safe operations of the vessels and compliance to all international marine requirements
- Handling insurance for the company’s fleet of vessels. Proper Records and documentation of insurance for all vessels.
- Liaise with insurance company and crews if vessel require to claim insurance.
- Verify all relevant documents and certificates for newly purchased vessels.
- Other ad-hoc Duties assigned by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Good Interpersonal Skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of management.
- Possess good negotiation skills, leadership and management skills
- Strong Problem-solving and Analytical Skills and is able to work in a stress environment.
- Able to accept responsibility and be accountable for the result, regardless of good or bad
- Detailed knowledge of the management and operation of marine vessels
- Must be competent with ship management( Navigation, information sharing)
- At Least 5 years of experience in marine/shipping industry in Singapore.
- Able to travel overseas.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
