We are in search of an enthusiastic, conscientious, and organised individual to join AVPN as an Operations Associate on the AVPN Indonesia team. The Operations Associate will perform a variety of operation and administrative tasks. Duties of the Operations Associate include supporting the planning and executing of events, social media management, assisting in daily office needs and ad hoc projects, and managing our company’s general administrative activities. The Associate will serve a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the team as it expands in Indonesia.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support member onboarding and relationship management
- Support with developing talking points for meetings and events
- Assist with research related to members and stay updated on trends in social impact and philanthropy
- Assist in the planning and execution of events
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
- Support the social media management for AVPN Indonesia
- Book travel arrangements, including travel arrangements for visitors when needed
- Maintain contact lists and file meeting notes
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Assist in bookkeeping and secretarial services
- Prepare and monitor invoices for external parties, including members
- Follow up with members who are overdue in membership payment

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, or related experience
- Experience supporting the operations of a team through various tasks
- You communicate effectively and work with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders
- You pay attention to minute details of projects and tasks to ensure excellence
- You are comfortable working in an ambiguous environment with competing priorities
- You are well-organized in managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
- You can work in a small team and be flexible according to overall needs
- You have experience in social media management and relationship management a plus
- You are willing to learn and take on new challenges
- You have excellent written and verbal English
- You are proficient in Google Suite and MS Office
