**Key Roles and Responsibilities**
- Assist in the delivery of employee life cycle processes with focus on learning administration.
- Participate in adhoc HR projects and initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the employee life cycle processes.
- Focus on maintaining data integrity and compliance with relevant data protection policies and regulations throughout all administrative processes.
- Assist in the management of monthly long service award

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- Background in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- Be able to work independently and take ownership of the tasks assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 would be an added advantage
- Possess good communications and interpersonal skills.
