- Support the team in providing professional HR admin services such as onboarding, off-boarding, relocation, benefits, HR data management, employee relations etc.
- Develop and deploy efficient HR shared service related policies and practices throughout the organization
- Develop and implement processes and procedures, ensuring data integrity and internal controls are in place and adhered to
- Ensure that all escalated issues are handled in a timely manner and resolution is communicated to the appropriate stakeholders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience in HR shared services or operation work will be a plus
- Passionate about people, services and culture
- Have a strong affinity for hands-on execution and organizational skills
- Fast learner, hardworking, highly accountable, detail-oriented and an efficient multi-tasker
- Proficient in Google products (e.g. Docs, Sheets, Forms, Gmail etc.)
