**Job Scope**
The Executive will support the organisation’s strategic growth and development in the area of Value Based Care (VBC) under Group Integrated Care (GIC). The primary responsibilities and duties include supporting the Director on strategic planning across NHG, assisting in work plan formulation, and facilitating the translation of technical requirements into a visualisation for data analysis to enable performance measurement.
The individual will collaborate with cluster-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Integrated Health Information Systems (iHIS) to align processes and resources planning to the Division’s overall VBC strategy.
The individual will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals, data analyst, Finance department and IT teams to conduct analysis using healthcare data, build and maintain data mart to drive value-based care initiatives across NHG cluster.
**Responsibilities**:
- To conduct analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights through healthcare data, to drive value-based care initiatives
- To co-develop data mart with stakeholders to support value-based care initiatives. This includes gathering of user requirements, analyse and design of technical specifications, system development, user acceptance test, user training and deployment and data governance
- To partner key stakeholders to translate NHG’s priorities and performance indicators into effective action plans
- To collaborate with healthcare professionals and IT teams to translate requirements into measurements and into insightful dashboards
- To perform a periodic review of key performance indicators and to take pre-emptive action with relevant stakeholders
- To present routine reports and updates to stakeholders
- To support and facilitate the formulation of strategic workplan for GIC
- To do project management and align GIC’s work plans to that of MOH
**Job Requirements**
- A bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Relevant experience in Project Management, Data Analytics and/or proficiency in programming language such as Python and R and visualization tools will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills necessary for multiple stakeholders’ engagement
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task, independent and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
