- Other- Develop and implement scholarships / sponsorships events and programmes (e.g. Healthcare Scholarships Fair, Scholarships Talks, Schools outreach etc) in partnerships with MOHH Healthcare Scholarships, Community Care Organisations and other partners.
- Design, drive and implement (including monitoring and reporting of yields) suitable talent attraction, marketing and branding strategies / campaigns on both online and offline channels (e.g. social media and digital marketing plans, internship / job shadowing programmes) for the Community Care sector, including Community Care Scholarships and Sponsorships
- Initiate effective partnerships and collaborations with key / relevant partners to strongly drive and enhance the attractiveness of Community Care Scholarships and sponsorships amongst target students and key influencers

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience, experience in talent attraction, talent development or leadership development would be a plus
- Good understanding and familiarity with public sector scholarships and the public healthcare and community care sector with awareness of current and future talent trends
- Able to develop and follow through on communication and implementation of new initiatives /projects in partnership with key stakeholders
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, business acumen, and a high level of integrity
- Detailed, meticulous, organized, resourceful with the ability to prioritise, manage escalation issues and provide resolutions
- Able to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to provide timely support to the sector
