Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses. Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, feeding, and transfers, as well as instrumental ADLs. Perform clinical care tasks such as nasogastric tube feeding, administering pre-packed and topical medications, and eye drops. Conduct basic health monitoring, including tracking vital signs, glucose levels, and oxygen saturation. Design, execute, and lead a range of recreational and therapeutic activities suitable for seniors, including those with dementia. Proactively engage seniors to encourage participation and monitor their involvement levels, documenting their responses and progress. Integrate rehabilitation exercises, including Range of Motion (ROM) and mobility training, into daily routines. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, monthly interviews, and activity participation.
