- **Resident Welfare**:Provide care and supervision, ensuring residents' well-being and safety.
- **Programs & Activities**:Plan and conduct daily programs to enrich residents’ lives.
- **Care Planning**:Develop individualized care plans and provide regular case updates.
- **Administrative Duties**:Handle records, incident reporting, and emergency contingency plans.
- **Team Support**:Collaborate with management to deliver flexible and responsive services.
