Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:
1. Manage the daily operations and ensure its smooth running

2. Ensure cleaniness of the Home

3. Ensure safety of residents and their basic and welfare needs are provided

4. Ensure the safe custody of the residents and manage incidents when occur

5. Detail all occurences and ensure proper recording of operations log book

6.Able to perform shift duties between 8-12 hours

**Requirements**:
1. Degree or Diploma in any discipline

2. Willing to work rotating shifts including night shift on public holidays and weekends

3.Able to work independently
