We’re seeking a fearless **General Manager** who can take YHF’s vision and turn it into scalable reality. This role is about building the engine that powers our creativity - ensuring our operations run like clockwork, our teams are aligned, and our growth is unstoppable.

**What You’ll Do**

**Drive the Business Forward**
- Track business performance and make bold, data-driven decisions that fuel growth.
- Lead regional expansion efforts, including new market setup, compliance, logistics, and partnerships.
- Stay ahead of consumer trends and competitors to sharpen our strategy.

**Own the Operations**
- Run daily operations across logistics, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and customer service.
- Implement systems and processes that keep us efficient while staying true to YHF’s creative edge.
- Establish KPIs, monitor dashboards, and keep the Founder informed with clear reporting.
- Ensure smooth, scalable execution as the brand grows into new markets.

**Lead & Inspire the Team**
- Mentor, guide, and develop a diverse team across regions
- Instill YHF’s values of risk-taking, community, and authenticity.
- Drive performance reviews, structured goals, and people development while building a culture of accountability.

**Champion the Brand & Customer Experience**
- Ensure excellence across ecommerce, retail, and live selling touchpoints.
- Partner with the Founder/Creative Director to align operations and execution with brand vision.
- Support community-building initiatives across social and offline platforms.
- Monitor customer feedback and turn insights into action.

**Be the Founder’s Co-Pilot**
- Translate vision into executable plans with yearly and quarterly OKRs with KPIs.
- Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and always stay one step ahead.
- Act as the operational backbone while the Founder leads brand, design, and storytelling.

**We’re Looking For**
- 6-10 years’ experience in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or consumer brands.
- Proven success in scaling a business or division with full operational ownership and P&L accountability.
- Strong operational background (supply chain, logistics, finance, systems).
- Leadership experience managing and inspiring teams.
- Analytical, structured, and execution-focused.
- Deep appreciation for fashion, youth culture, and community-building.
- Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
