**General Manager/Sales Director**:
**SUMMARY**:
Our client is looking for a General Manager/Sales Director for their Philippines entity who is expected to drive revenue growth for the company in all crane sales and after-sales including service, building up distribution channels, establishing strong business relations with customers and dealers, as well as controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving predetermined net profit yields.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsible for the general supervision and management of the business affairs of the Corporation and represents MCG inc. in all safety, legal, financial, social and business aspects.
-Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories in Philippines, owns and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory
-Understand the competitive landscape and market trends. Actively identifying, sourcing and investigating new business opportunities
-Manage and supervise the general management of the business while respecting and adhering to the regulations and guidelines in force in the client’s organization
-Supervise, manage and safeguard the assets of the Corporation (cash, investments, equipment, spare parts, inventories, etc.
-Manage and develop talent, as well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising performance goals vs results, etc
-Create strong relationships with key customers and dealers
-Supervise and manage the compliance to all reportorial requirements of client
-Liaise and coordinate with all Government regulating Agencies
-Represent the company in Philippine business and social circles

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
-Has strong sales background (sales and after-sales experience) in heavy equipment industry
-Engineering background preferred which will help in understanding the product better, but it is not a must.
-Mandarin speaking is a plus but not a must
