- 【What you will be working on】- Oversee day-to-day operations activities to ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations, customs, and agreements.
- Communicate customer requirements and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Coordinating with customs brokers to ensure requirement enforcement and continuous improvement.
- Liaising with ocean carriers, suppliers, freight forwarders and truckers to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipment.
- Manage and lead the operations team to meet the team’s goals and KPIs.
- Work closely internally for improvement and development meeting customers' EDI requests/operation enhancement.
- Work proactively and continuously to identify cost savings, service enhancements and process improvement on freight service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure jobs are closed through timely billings.
- Manage weekly and monthly reports to customers or Management.
- Coordinate and support operational projects or other duties as assigned by the Superior.
