1. Receives, reviews, coordinates, and replies to inquiries and requests for information related to project designs, materials, quotations, schedules and installation process.

2. Stays abreast of current design trend, customers' preferences, industry trend, installation methods and materials which are relevant to successful project presentation and execution.

3. Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.

4. Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, project specifications and codes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs (Vendor/Subcontractor, Purchase, Owner etc.), track responses and advise the Project Director.

5. Prepare project Gantt chart drawings and sketches to support construction, fabrication work as required.

6. Attend project coordination and client/contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.

7. Coordinate periodic job-related photographs, measurements for records.

8. Calling of customers to ask and follow up on appointments

9. Review project with project installation supervisors and team and prepare for handover of project to client completed with client review and feedback.

10. Handover of Project, take completed project photo and request for referrals

11. Maintains effective working relationships with customers, designers, subcontractors, installation artists and craftsmen through continuous communications.

12. Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by clients or projects.

13. Follow through the tender, evaluation and recommendation of service or term contracts, as well as its administration and management

14. Develop and implement preventive/corrective maintenance programs for M&E installations

15. Manage a team of in-house maintenance technician, requisite M&E equipment/parts and attend to complaints relating to M&E services.

16. Develop and implement fire emergency plan, fire safety audit, maintenance plan for security surveillance systems and carpark facilities to achieve highest standard of safety and security

17. Requisite safety and security equipment and parts as well as follow up and investigate incidents or complaints relating to fire safety and security in the customers’ estate and premise facilities

18. Conduct general inspection to identify services for rectification and oversee sub-contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion.

19. Help project managers in the arrangement and analysis of projects and scheduling of reports on projects

20. Develop and manage Key Corporate Accounts

21. Oversee Interior Retrofitting and Maintenance Projects to ensure completion within stipulated timeline.

23. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
