**Responsibilities**:
Project Title

Advanced testing for next gen semi-custom soc chip

Description of Project / Objectives

Project Overview:
To be involved in the development cycle of Next generation semi-custom soc chip testing solution development, characterization, debug and optimization.

Description of Main Project Scopes:

- Assist engineers in New Product Introduction phase to validate new device features and test/DFT methodologies, and how they impact product definition and yield.
- Assist engineers in interpreting device characterization findings and investigations to root-cause for yield fallouts.
- Assist engineers to assess device and process reliability, assess implications of stress-testing outcomes, balance business and quality/reliability requirements for Products and Processes in question.

Assist engineers to develop new ideas/concepts in device test/debug/DFT/DFM and follow-through to deliverable outcomes.
Assist engineers to coordinate (data analysis, debug, root-cause, implementing solutions) yield improvement and test time reduction activities.

Responsibilities:
(Elaborate on 5 key tasks and avoid using acronyms)

1. To develop tool script to improve productivity

2. To develop and optimize test contents

3. To support eval for silicon characterization

4. To support test program validation

5. To support silicon debug

Skills Required / Technical Skills
