Sales Support Co-ordinator

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Assist sales team with the preparation of all sales and tender related documents, costings and material submissions.
- Prepare sales quotations and proposals.
- Provide sales and administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Follow up with factories on document requirements and ensuring that all submissions are properly presented and submitted on time.
- Supporting the sales team in responding to customer inquiries and assisting to resolve issues, where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal teams and colleagues from Procurement, Logistics and Finance.
- Sales order processing from Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order to Delivery Order.
**Requirements**:
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 or 2 years of experience in project management or sales support function.
- Enjoy working with numbers and good with excel, powerpoint and words.
- Diploma in Business management or Electrical engineering
- Goal-oriented and meticulous in providing accurate information.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Lighting Simulation Software (Relux/Dialux EVO) will be an advantage.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,400.00 per month
